Covid-19 protection framework - Orange light settings. Delivery delays.
Under the new Covid protection framework, our store will operate in Orange light settings from 3 December.
- We will trade at our usual opening hours.
- Customers entering our store will not be required to have proof of vaccination.
- Face covering, Covid contact tracing via scanner app are required at entrance of our store.
- Our team may have to limit the number of customer in store at once to adhere to the capacity limit requirement of the Government.
Please note these requirements are subject to change based on the Government's guidelines.
Due to Covid-19 and coming Christmas season, our courier partner is experiencing an increased parcel volume so please be kind and expect shipping delays. Our team will work around the clock to get the parcel to you as fast as possible. We ship all orders placed before 11am same day and other orders the next day. In-store pickup is ready within 24h. We can arrange order pickup over the phone, via email and get it ready for you.
