Voucher terms & conditions

  • Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and is redeemable on/before the expiry date at the location below: 

         Level 5, Grand Tower, 76 Manners Street,  Wellington CBD - 04 213 8595

  • Voucher recipient needs to book for service beforehand. Walk-in is not accepted.

  • Voucher is non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash. Voucher is not valid with any other offers and/or specials at SNS New Zealand.

  • If the voucher is for a specific treatment it can be changed for other services of the same or less value. No change will be given if the full voucher amount is not used in one visit.

  • Voucher will be void and will not be redeemable if it is lost, stolen, defaced, mutilated, altered or  tampered in any way. SNS New Zealand is not responsible for replacing the voucher in these cases.

  • Voucher can be emailed to the recipient. 

​

  • Payment must be received before the voucher is sent to you/the recipient. Please include your name in the reference field.
